A material built to outlast the building
Wood-Tech supplies PVC and WPC solutions to builders, interior contractors and furniture makers across Kerala.
Our story
Timber warps, swells and invites termites. Plywood delaminates the first time water finds an edge. Wood-Tech was started to give contractors a material that behaves the same on day one and in year twenty.
Our PVC and WPC ranges are extruded to a consistent density, finished to take laminate, paint or veneer, and cut with ordinary carpentry tools. No specialist labour, no site surprises. Every board leaves the plant lead free and fully recyclable.
What we set out to do
Replace timber in wet, humid and termite-prone construction with a material that lasts longer and wastes less.
Where we are heading
Make WPC the default choice for Kerala interiors, not the alternative.
What the material gives you
Eight properties that decide whether a fit-out still looks right in ten years.
Fire retardant
Self-extinguishing formulation that slows flame spread.
High density
A dense, consistent core with no voids or soft spots.
Lifetime warranty
Covered for the life of the installation.
100% waterproof
Standing water does nothing to the core.
High screw holding
Hinges and hardware stay tight for years.
Bacteria and fungus proof
Nothing organic for mould or bacteria to live on.
Low warpage and swelling
Stays flat and square through the monsoon.
100% termite proof
No cellulose on the menu, so termites move on.
